Florida House Speaker-Designate Marco Rubio has chosen Beaver Street Enterprise Center as the first of 100 Innovative Ideas for Florida’s Future. (See “Idea of the week” on the www.100 ideas.org website). The business incubator helps core-city minority entrepreneurs succeed in a world of intense business competition.

The incubator offers businesses located within the enterprise center access to marketing, financial and business networking expertise through business mentoring from established “captains of industry” from the greater Jacksonville business community.

The two year old Beaver Street Enterprise Center is Florida’s only core city business incubator.
