Core City Economic Revitalization

FreshMinistries is dedicated to the structural redevelopment and economic revitalization of Jacksonville’s core city. This multi-phased initiative began with the restoration of our “home” office on North Laura Street. Our restoration became a catalyst for the restoration of historic Springfield.

Shortly after completion of our home office, FreshMinistries was awarded a federal grant which was used for neighboring North Main Street merchants façade improvements. FreshMinistries and partners began working with the city of Jacksonville toward major restoration of infrastructure improvements such as new sidewalks, historical street lights, landscaping and public park improvement in the historic neighborhood of Springfield and the $4 million restoration of the historic Klutho Apartment Building.
