Siyafundisa, a youth HIV/AIDS and anti-stigma prevention program, funded through the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief in Sub-Saharan Africa.
Harvard's Program monitoring evaluation states that 900,0000 African youth's health was positivity impacted.

Aquaponics
6000 SQ FT. Aquaponics Facility.
Over 8,000 tilapia fertilize the greenhouse.
NFT, DWC, Aeroponics, Flood and Drain and Dutch buckets are the five systems that make up our greenhouse.

LifePoint Career Institute
Trained over 600 hospitality students and tutored more than 120 CNA applicants.
Prepared hundreds of students for life skills, job readiness and prepare students for the work world.

Weaver Center for Community Outreach
Our core-city community center and home to the Fresh Futures Youth Enrichment Programs, LifePoint Career Institute and Native Fresh Aquaponics Initiative. Also available for community events.

Youth have earned over 800 community service hours.
100% complete life skills training.
75 (avg.) youth participant in summer internships each year.
To be eligible for summer employment, youth must maintain a 2.5 GPA in school and attend 80% of educational program enrichment sessions.
